Kauai time is 2 hours behind California and 5 behind New York in the Winter changing to 3 and 6 hours in the Summer.

There is the standard hotel & state taxes of 11.416% added to all rates, and an outcleaning fee of $145. Prices are subject to change without notice. During this first year, we will be running some specials – so please call us for details.

To make a reservation, we require a $500 deposit. This serves to secure your reservation. Full payment is due 45 days in advance during high season or 30 days in advance during low season. Your deposit is returned within 5-7 days of departure assuming no extraordinary cleaning or maintenance.

Cancellation Policy
Outside of the 45 or 30 day period, we return 50% of your deposit, retaining the other 50% to cover administrative costs. Inside the 45 or 30 day period, the entire amount is retained, except in the case of extreme family misfortune.
